We pursue an active partnership strategy in order to ensure a diversified portfolio and to attract partners with complementary skills yet similar values.
Our investments
We have a broad investment mandate, not only when it comes to geographical exposure and segments but also the type of investment vehicle, including listed companies, club deals and wholly owned properties.
Our real estate investments primarily consist of wholly and partly owned office buildings in Oslo. We also invest in offices in other cities in Norway as well as in logistics, retail and other long-term lease-backed buildings in Scandinavia. In addition to the cash flow-generating investments, we hold a diversified portfolio of development projects.
ESG is a key part of our strategy, and KM Real Estate has formally committed to the “immediate actions” of the Norwegian real estate sector’s pathway to 2050. We expect our partners to do the same. KM Real Estate is a member of the Norwegian Green Building Council (Grønn Byggallianse) and Norsk Eiendom.
